Your files are saved in this browser's own storage (IndexedDB) — we never receive a copy. Don't take our word for it: clear this site's data — your browser's Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → “Cookies and site data”, or the padlock menu → Site settings → Delete data — and every file here disappears. (Clearing only the cache won't: your files live in IndexedDB, not the cache.) If we kept a copy on a server, they'd come back afterward — they won't.
