Free Music Visualizer — Make a Music Video from Any Song

SnipSound's music visualizer turns any audio file into a shareable music video. Drop in an MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, AAC, or M4A, choose one of five beat-reactive effects — spectrum bars, a radial burst around your cover art, flowing waveforms, particle constellations, or a starfield warp — and export a finished MP4 with your music baked in. Everything runs in your browser with the Web Audio API and WebCodecs; nothing is uploaded to a server and there's no watermark.

How It Works

The visualizer analyzes your whole song up front — a frequency spectrum and beat map computed on a fixed time grid — so the preview you see is exactly what gets exported, frame for frame. Effects react to the bass, mids, treble, and detected beats of your track. On Chromium browsers and Safari, the export uses hardware-accelerated video encoding and typically finishes faster than the song plays.

Made for YouTube, TikTok & Instagram

Export in 16:9 for YouTube, vertical 9:16 for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, or 1:1 square — at 720p or 1080p, 30 or 60 fps. Add your song title, artist name, and cover art for a polished, ready-to-post video. Musicians use it to publish audio tracks on video platforms; podcasters and producers use it to turn audio snippets into engaging social clips.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a music visualizer video?
Upload a song (MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, AAC, or M4A), pick one of the visual presets, customize the colors, text, and cover art, then click Export Video. You get an MP4 file with your music and the animated visuals — ready for YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram.
Is the music visualizer really free and private?
Yes. Everything runs in your browser — your song is never uploaded to a server, there is no signup, no watermark, and no export limit.
What video sizes can I export?
You can export 1080p or 720p video in 16:9 (YouTube), 9:16 vertical (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), or 1:1 square, at 30 or 60 fps. Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Safari export MP4 faster than real time; other browsers record a WebM in real time.
Can I add my own cover art?
Yes — upload any image and it appears as a blurred backdrop behind the visuals, and as circular cover art in the center of the Radial Burst preset.
How long does the video export take?
On Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Safari 17+ the export runs faster than real time — a 3-minute song typically renders in well under a minute on a modern device. Browsers without WebCodecs support record in real time instead.
